SINGLE ROOMS & GROUPS UP TO 5 ROOMS
If you cancel 21 days before your arrival, the deposit is fully refundable.
In case of cancellation between 21 days and the date of arrival, 100% of the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Rates marked as non-refundable require a 100% prepayment, which is non-refundable.
A grace period of 24 hours applies on all bookings. (cool off period)
In the event of government-imposed travel restrictions, the deposit is non-refundable; however, we offer a voucher matching the deposit for a future stay within 15 months from the original arrival date.
GROUPS OVER 5 ROOMS & TOUR OPERATORS
If you cancel 60 days before your arrival, the deposit is fully refundable.
In case of cancellation between 60 days and 30 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit amount is refundable.
In case of cancellations 30 days or less before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
